This framed collage tile was inspired by my Mother's time during WW2 spent working on the radars in Cornwall. The stories of that era, the camaraderie and the way they all worked together for a common goal are truely inspiring. The artwork was created using pieces of very old papers, a vintage playing card and stamps. The tile measures 15cm x 10cm and sits in a 27.5cm x 22.5cm frame.
It is best kept away from direct sunlight. The artwork is varnished, however there is no glass over the front.
